Banana flower pieces boil in water and strain it

Chopped onion,gramflour and salt mix in a bowl and make ball from it. Fry the ball and keep aside.

In a same pan add ghee. Add potato cubes and salt and saute for a while.

Add boiled banana flower pieces saute and cover the pan on a low flame.

Add all masala powder, ginger garlic and chilli paste and fry it till the raw aroma disappear and cover the pan.

Add onion fritters and salt sugar saute.Mocha ghanto is ready to be served.
