A sunday special Bengali egg curry
Steps

Heat oil and marinated the eggs with salt and turmeric powder

Deep fry, remove and now fry the Potatoes adding salt and turmeric powder and keep aside

Heat oil in the pan add cumin seed bay leaf and whole red chilli

Add onion slices saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

Add ginger garlic paste and saute well
- 6
Add tomato and red chilli Powder and mix well
- 7
Now add the Potatoes and combine well adding water and simmer till the Potatoes get soft

Add the eggs and sugar boil
- 9
Add garam masala powder and switch off
