Steps

Marinate the fish with salt and turmeric powder

Heat oil and shallow fry the fish from both the sides

Keep aside and temper nigella seeds and green chillies

Add turmeric powder and red chilli Powder

Add water and bring to boil

Add fish and simmer

Switch off and serve it with plain rice
