Pressure cook the kidney beans for 5 whistles

Heat up 3 tbsps of oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and coriander seeds. Add blended garlic cloves, ginger juliens, onions and tomatoes in thr plan.

Add salt, turmeric and red chilli.

Add the prepared masala in the pressure cooked kidney beans.

Again pressure cook kidney beans and masala for 3 whistles

Kidney beans curry is ready to serve. Sprinkle few finely chopped coriander leaves over it.

For jeera rice, heat up 1 tbsp of oil in pressure cooker. Add cumin seeds.Add soaked rice in cooker. Add 2 cups of water.

Add 1/2 tsb of salt in the water add 1/4 tsb of black pepper in water.

Pressure cook the rice for 1 whistle and rice is ready to serve.
