Paneer Stuff Samosa

Add maids, salt and oil in a mixing bowl and make a dough.

Rest dough for 1/2 hour.

Heat oil in a pan add all spices and roast it now add boiled peas and saute for 2-3 minutes.

Now add grated cheese and mix well. Keep aside

Make balls with the dough, make a roti cut into 2 parts.

Make samosa shape fill this mixture bind tightly.

Heat oil in a wok add samosa and deep fry till golden in colour.

Serve with sauce
