Kothimbir vadi

It is a maharashtrian dish. Very crispy,tasty and crunchy snack.

Take a bunch of coriander and clean properly. Then wash with water and spread it on clean cloth. Let it dry completely.

Now chopped the coriander finely. Put it in a mixing bowl. Add besan, salt, turmeric, sugar,aamchur powder, red chilli powder, coriander seed powder,cumin seed powder, ginger garlic green chilli paste, ajwain, sesame seeds, baking soda. Mix well.

Add little water and oil and make thick dough. Make roll from dough.

Put this roll in a steamer for 10 to 15 minutes.

After steaming let it cool down completely. Cut the roll into pieces.

You can microwave high the roll for a minute.

Shallow fry the roll until light golden brown from both side.

You can deep fry the vadi till golden brown.

Kothimbir vadi is ready. Serve it with pudina chutney or sauce.
