Cut the veggies finely and paneer and coconut in small pieces

Now take a kdai and add oil..when heated add mustard seeds and curry leaves....when splutters add onions...and other veggies one by one...at last add paneer and coconut.....just stirfry the veggies....we dont meed to over cook them ir they vll loise their colour...

Add rhis whole veggie mixture to the batter....add 1tbs chat masala....and mix...now nake idlis steaming it fr 13min....

Ur veggie idlis r ready to serve with coconut chutney or and red south indian special chutney...
