Maida or suji instant jalebi

In a bowl mix maida, suji,curd and water as required and better is ready.

Mix well better 5 minutes and now add in baking soda.and gentle mix.

Now this better in tomato katchup bottle or hard polythen bag.

Heat oil ya ghee in a pan and make spiral shape with better.

Keep fry till they turn light gloden brown.

Then immediately drop fried jalebies in sugar syrup.

Finally instant jalebies is ready to serve.

For sugar syrup.. take 1bowl sugr in a pan and add in 1/4 water.

Cook till you get 1 staring consistency in sugar syrup. now switch off the flame and add 1tbspn lemon juice and cardadmon.

Lemon helps to avoid crystallizing sugar syrup and keeps jalebies crispy.
