Just threw what I had in the fridge together, you can dump anything in a quiche and it's good. I highly recommend the feta though, the saltiness really sets it off.

Ingredients

35 mins

6 servings

6-8eggs
1/2 cupmilk
1/4 cupbreadcrumbs
1 1/2 cupschopped small broccolli
1 cupchopped small mushrooms
1 1/2 cupsshredded spinach
2 clovesgarlic
1/2 cupshredded Cheddar cheese (or feta)
salt, pepper, seasioning

Preheat oven 300 degrees

Whisk eggs, milk, seasing. Set aside.

Chop veggies. Saute.

Butter pan and dust with bread crumbs
5

Layer veggies on bottom, pour over eggs, sprinkle cheese on top.

Bake 30 min, or until cooked through. Broil last 5 min.

Serve and enjoy!
