Steps

Start by lining a 9x13 inch baking dish with tin foil. Coat bottom of dish with olive oil.

In a skillet cook broccoli until tender & slightly brown. While broccoli is cooking in a bowl beat your eggs and add salt & pepper.

When broccoli is done put in the prepared baking dish, pour egg mix over broccoli, the pour cheese over eggs & broccoli. Drain the can of mushrooms & add to the baking dish as well.

Preheat oven to 450° & bake 40-45 mins or until golden brown on top. Cut & serve!
