Steps

Firstly, in a large bowl take besan and crumble with 3/4tbsp ghee and milk,sieve it and keep aside.

Now in a thick bottom kadai heat remaining ghee and add crumbled besan, combine well on low flame till it turns golden brown.

On other side make sugar syrup with sugar,water, saffron thread and elaichi powder.

After turning besan golden brown add sugar syrup and mix well,stir for 5min till mixture become slightly thickens.

Transfer the mixture into pre-greased plate,sprincle katran of dry fruits of yours choice and keep it upto 2 to 3 hours to set, then cut it into square shape.
