Steps

Firstly cook rice with 2 and half cup water and salt. It should b cooked mashy. When rice cooked, keep it aside to cool.

Make tadka. Heat ghee in a pan. Then add mustard seeds and add split urad daal and fry for a minute, then add green chillies, curry leaves and fry for a minute. Tadka is ready.

After cool down the rice add curd and salt as per ur taste. And mix well.

Pour tadka on mixed curd-rice.. Mix it well.

Garnish with fresh coriander and whole red chilli.

Yummy and tummy friendly curdrice is ready.
