In a bowl, combine grinded urad daal, salt, cumin seeds, asafoetida and Ginger-Green chilli paste and mix them very well.

Now heat oil in a frying pan and drop vadas into it and deep fry them.

Now in a bowl, take curd, black salt, red chilli powder and roasted cumin seeds powder, mix them well and keep it aside.

Meanwhile, boil water in a pan and switch it off. Then drop fried vadas in it and soak it for 2-4 minutes.

Drain all excess water from it and drop then in curd mixture.

Your dahi vada is ready to serve.
