Ingredients

50shrimp, remove the heads
7chilis
7shallots
4 clovesgarlic
1 tablespoonblack pepper, crushed
1 handfulpeeled petai
to tastesalt

Steps

Put the shallots, garlic & chilis in the food processor
2

Fry the shrimps until half-cooked then put aside.
3

Fry the chilli paste => add petai & shrimps, sprinkle some salt & black pepper and stir until all mix well
4

Enjoy your black pepper shrimp with petai ^o^
