At first, mix yogurt and gram-flour together. Keep aside.

Then in another bowl add chicken. After that, add onion water, ginger water and garlic water to it. Mix well.

Then add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt and garam masala to it.

Let the chicken marinade for 15 minutes.

Coat each chicken in the yogurt mixture.

Dip fry in white oil.
