Mix: 1 c milk & 2 egg yolks. Beat well.

Add: 1 1/4 c flour, 2 t baking powder, 2 t sugar, 1/3 t salt. You might have to work for these ingredients to really come together. Recommended to do 10 push-ups per ingredient.

Add 1/3 c veg oil or 1/2 c olive oil. This makes the batter smooth- mix slowly. For added smoothness practice pick-up lines.

Beat the 2 egg whites separately until there are soft peaks. While beating, beat box. For best results have someone rap about mountain peaks. Fold egg whites into batter.

Batter is done! Time for the frying pan! Extravagant flips and Mickey Mouse shapes are encouraged. Enjoy!
