For preparation of mawa

Add one cup milk in the pan boil and reduce to 1/4 of the milk then add milk powder slowly

Then reduced the flame of the oven continuously stirring when it thickens remove from the oven add in the bowl when it cools keep in the fridge

Next add remaining milk in the oven stirring continuously add vinegar slowly keep stirring when chhana separated from water add to the strainer

Then Divide chhana in two portions one portion keep aside another one add to the pan add sugar mix well then add condensed milk stir when it becomes thick add the remaining portion of the milk mix well make balls

Next mash Mawa put sweet balls mix well

Delicious kaachagolla is ready to eat
