Ingredients

4 persons
  • 1 large Size brinjal
  • 5 tablespoonsBesan
  • 1/2 tspKalongi
  • 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  • 1 tea spoonRed Chilli Powder -
  • 1/2 tea spoonGaram masala powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • For fryingOil
  • As requiredWater

Steps

  1. 1

    First cut begun as thin as possible in length wise

  2. 2

    Now take a pan add besan add salt add turmeric powder add red Chilli Powder

    Mix well add salt add garam masala powder add kalongi

  4. 4

    Now add water blend it by the hand blender

  5. 5

    Now add oil in the pan add brinjal in the batter coat it nicely

  6. 6

    Put it in the pan to deep fry

  7. 7

    Crispy tasty beguni is ready to be served.
