Blend the garlic,onions, ginger, pepper and set aside, wash the leaf slice and set aside

Put all ingredient to the pot of chicken, except the leaf add water about 7-8 cups of water.

Bring to a boil for 30mins and simmer until chicken is tender then add the utazi leaf. add water if necessary.

Adjust for seasonings and thickness. Serve warm.
