Steps

Take a wok add oil heat and roast cumin.

Add onion paste,ginger and garlic paste,green chilli. Sauté paste and then add tomato purée.

Add all spices and mix well.

Cook for 6-7 minutes.

Now add potatoes and brinjal mix it and cook for 2 minutes and add required water.

Cover the lid tightly and cook it 2-3 whistle.

Garnish with onion and ready to serve with chapati.
