Ingredients

10 minutes
5 servings
  1. 1 bowlbesan or chickpeas powder
  2. 4 tbspSago soaked in water
  3. 1 tablespoonrice powder
  4. 10 fat Chillies
  5. PinchAsafoetida
  6. Pinchsoda
  7. 1 tspAamchur powder
  8. 1/2 tsp carom seed
  9. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  10. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  11. to tastesalt
  12. as neededOil for frying

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    First soak Sago in water for 20 minutes.

  2. 2

    Cut a side slit of green chillies.

  3. 3

    Fill salt and aamchur powder in it.

  4. 4

    Make batter of Besan added with salt,soda, turmeric, carom seeds, and red chilli powder.

  5. 5

    Batter should be thick.

  6. 6

    Now take chilli and deep in besan batter.properly.

  7. 7

    Sprinkle sago allover the chilli and put it in hot oil.to fry.

  8. 8

    As it comes up on oil, take it out and the pearl chilli is ready.

  9. 9

    Make all chilli pakoda with dis method.
