Chop 1onion and fry till brown

Grate the garlic and add to the onions

Add the peas and 1 chopped carrots u can shape according to your choice.(I didn't brunch)add salt and steam them in low heat for a few minutes

In another pan put chopped onions and a little oil don't let then get cooked add the spinach and salt(u can cut the spinach on ur desired size)steam for a few minutes

Crate the other carrot,slice the tomato and avocado separately

Serve while hot,u can have it with rice or even just lyk that.
