Eggless Whole wheat Savory Aubergine Cake

In a bowl take 100 grams whole wheat flour, 1/4 teaspoon salt.
Add 3/4 teaspoon baking soda.
Add 1/4 teaspoon baking powder.
Add 1/2 to 1 teaspoon black pepper powder.
Add 1/2 teaspoon roasted white sesame seeds. - 2
Take 1 big Aubergine. Remove and discard the skin. Grate the Aubergine and add in a bowl.
Add minced 1 small onion.
Add 3 tablespoons yogurt. Mix into a smooth thick stiff batter. Add melted butter 1 tablespoon. - 3
Preheat the cooker / oven for 14 minutes. Bake the cake for 30 minutes in low to medium heat.
Grease the tin before baking. Check with a toothpick whether the cake is baked perfectly. Savory Cake is ready. Serve warm.
