Mix all the dry ingredients first very well then make a well (including cheese) add the oil to it and mix, let it become crumbly then slowly incorporate water to make a smooth dough.

Now rest it in the fridge for a while so that it does not drink lot of oil while frying. Now once chillied add it to the mould which has lot of small holes and pass it through that and deep fry it in oil toll golden brown. We use the muruku presser for this.

Once cooled crush it into small pieces and serve.
