Ingredients

20 minutes
3 servings
  • 1 packetmushroom blanched
  • 1/2 cupboiled peas
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1onion chopped
  • 2-3 clovegarlic paste
  • 1 tbsptomato sauce
  • 1 tspsoy sauce
  • 1-2green chillies chopped
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededbutter

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat butter and add garlic paste saute till raw smell disappears

  2. 2

    Add onion and ginger saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

  3. 3

    Add blanched mushroom and peas

  4. 4

    Mix well and add tomato puree and green chillies

  5. 5

    Add sugar and mix well

  6. 6

    Serve it with pullav or paratha
