Steps

Take a wok and put it on high flame. Add the milk to it and stir it continuously.

Do this process until the milk cooks and reduces in mawa form.

Then add ghee to it and mix it for 5 minutes.

Switch off the flame and remove the wok from it. Be careful in the whole process of making mawa as the wok is very hot.

Let the mawa cool down by itself.

After that add bura and grated cocunut to it as per the requirement and mix them well.

Then take a small quantity of that mixture and give it a round shape of peda. Make the pedas with the whole mixture and store them in refrigerator for long time.
