Add ghee in wok heat it when melts add flour and roast it till it gets golden brown and fragrant aroma comes stirring constantly.

Now add 1teaspoon of water to make it grainy texture.keep stirring after a minute take out whole mixture out of wok.

When mixture cool down a little add tagar (as much sweetness u require) u can also add dry fruits. Now u can make small balls from the mixture by applying ghee on ur hands.If mixture is too dry u can add rest of ghee and make round ladoos..
