  • as neededOil
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tspBlack pepper powder
  • 1 tspSoya sauce
  • to tasteGreen Chilli Sauce
  • 1 tspVinegar
  • as neededTomato ketchup
  • 1Simla mirch
  • 1Onion

Steps

  1. 1

    Boiled the chowmin

  2. 2

    Heat the oil and add onion saute well

  3. 3

    Add simla mirch till thn it's become soft

  4. 4

    Add bodied chowmin and vinegar and salt, black pepper powder, sauce (chilli sauce, tomato sauce, soya sauce)

  5. 5

    Fried 2 minutes and serve hot.
