Slice the yam sprinkle salt on it.Fry in hot vegetable oil turn as is frying.

Boil the chicken with onion,Salt,thyme and garlic till is soft.

Whisk the egg in a bowl put flour and whisk more dip the chicken in it and fry in hot vegetable oil.

Blend the fresh pepper and garlic,fry in hot vegetable oil with onion add salt and seasoning.fry for 10minutes.
