200ग्राम बेसन
150ग्राम चीनी
50ग्राम घी
1चमच इलाइची पाउडर
बादाम 4पीस
कोकोनट पाउडर 4चमच

सबसे पहले कड़ाही में घी डाल कर गरम करले फिर इसमें बेसन डाल कर भूने जब तक बेसन गोल्डन ब्राउन न हो जाए

अब बेसन में चीनी डाल दे अच्छे से चलाते हुए इसमें 2कप पानी डाल दे अंदर इसको लगातार चलाते rahe
