Blow a balloon and fill it with mix dry fruits.

Tie it hard with the rubber band and keep aside

Now carefully coat the balloon completely with the melted milk chocolate.

Set it in the refrigerator for about an hour.

After an hour remove the balloon from the refrigerator.

Now take the melted white chocolate and add different food colours in small divided portions of white chocolate.

Mix well.

Create some fancy patterns on the balloon with coloured white chocolate.

Let this set for another 15 minutes in the refrigerator.

After 15 minutes remove the balloon from the refrigerator.

Very carefully prick the balloon with a pin.

Make sure the chocolate balloon is intact.

Wrap the chocolate balloon in a cellophane sheet and serve in basket.

Options : Balloon can be filled with variety of surprises.
