Plantain (3 big pieces)
Eggs (3)
Onions (a small sized bulb)
Pepper (2 pieces)
Salt (a pinch)
Veg oil
1 cuphot tea: Hot water, Milo, Milk and sugar

Peel plantain and fry with a pinch of salt.

Break your eggs in a bowl, slice the onions and peppers inside it, add salt to taste.

Put a frying pan on the fire, add veg oil to it, fry your eggs until ready.

Serve hot on a plate with a cup of hot tea.
