2 cupsAll Purpose Flour
11/4 cupchocolate chips
2 teaspooncorn Flour
170 gunsalted Butter at room temperature
3/4 cupbrown Sugar
1/4 cupgranulated Sugar
1/2 teaspoonSalt
2 teaspoonvanilla extract
1Egg
1 teaspoonbaking soda

Preheat oven to 180, prepare pizza pan

Sieve flours, baking soda, salt in a bowl and keep it aside

Blend sugar and butter in a separate bowl until creamy
4

Blend vanilla extract and egg until frothy

Gradually add dry ingredients and mix until well combined

Fold in 1 cup chocolate chips and mix

Spread cookie dough on pizza pan and level evenly

Add remaining 1/4 cup chocolate chips on top

Bake for 21-24 minutes until top is golden brown and puffed up

Allow to cool

Slice cookiezza with pizza cutter

Top with ice-cream and chocolate syrup and serve. any leftovers can be refrigerated
