In a bowl mix flour sugar turmeric and cutted Dania in it and grated carrots

Add warm water and make a dough

In a flat surface roll the dough thinly and cut into strips

Fold each strip separately

Roll it in flat surface making in a circe shape

Cook in a hot pan both sides to turn
