First cut the chocolates.

Now dry roast almond and cashew pieces.

Now mix milk and dark chocolate and melt it for 30 sec in microwave.

Now take out and temper it and mix dry fruits.

Now melt white chocolate in microwave for 25 sec. Now take out and temper.

Divided in two parts and in one part mix yellow colour and other part mix pink colour.

Now take the modak mold and place lines of colour chocolates in molds.

Now pour milk chocolate and tab it. So that air bubble remove.

Now set in freeze for 20 minutes.

Now take out and demould it.

Take glitter from paint brush and brush the modak for shiny effects.
