It's gujrati special dish made in ganesh chaturthi. It is also made in rajasthan but they are made by using sugar and suji,I have made it in full gujju style. It's a dish which is necessary to be included in gujrati thali.

It's gujrati special dish made in ganesh chaturthi. It is also made in rajasthan but they are made by using sugar and suji,I have made it in full gujju style. It's a dish which is necessary to be included in gujrati thali.
Steps

Mix wheat flour and 3 tablespoon of oil and make a dough like of bhakhri (hard dough) by adding little water at intervals.

Make thick thick muthiya shape out of dough and deep fry them in a slow flame untill it turns golden brown in colour, let it cool down completely.

Now grind the fried muthiya in a mixture finely.

Take a pan add 1cup of ghee when it starts melting add 1 cup of jaggery (gud) mix them well and trasfer them on grinded dough.

Starts making laddu from it when it's hot.

You can also add finely chop dry fruits.
