Mix onion green chilli and gram flour in a bowl.put turmeric powder and red chilli powder in it and then add salt add some water and make a paste of pakodas.

Now heat oil in a pan and put the pagodas in it fry it.

After frying pakoda,take it out.

Now chop the curd well and put it in a pan for 5 min.

Now make a paste of gram flour in the curd.

Put oil in a pan,fry it with fenugreek seeds asafoetida and garlic paste and put the turmeric powder.after that add gram flour and curd in it,cook it for 15 min.then put the pakoda in it and turn off the gass.

Put 1/2 tsp ghee in a pan and fry it with mustard seeds, curry leaves,dry red chilli and roast in curry.Now ready your PUNJABI KADHI serve it with rice /bread
