Ingredients

  1. 500 gramWheat flour
  2. 100 gramSemolina
  3. 100 gramgram flour
  4. as per tasteSalt
  5. 2 tspFennel seeds
  6. 1 tspRed chilli powder
  7. 1tspCardmom powder
  8. 500 gramGhee
  9. as neededWater

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients else ghee

  2. 2

    Make a soft dough

  3. 3

    Then make the small balls, shape them like pic

  4. 4

    Preheat the bati oven, put batties into it

  5. 5

    Bake them golden brown with all sides

  6. 6

    Heat Pan put ghee and put batties is in it.Give a light fry.

  7. 7

    Serve with green chutney
