Chocolate wafers

Melt white chocolate over double boiler in a bowl. add 2-3drops of blue/green food colour. (do not use water based colour) and mix well.

Line a tray with parchment paper.dip half of the wafers in the blue/green chocolate and keep on the tray. let it cool at room temp for 5 mins. then drizzle melted dark chocolate with a fork.

Melt dark chocolate in a bowl. dip the rest of the wafer sticks in the chocolate. let cool in the hand for 1 min. then sprinkle some sprinkles to cover the chocolate wafers. put on the tray with parchment paper. refrigerate the wafer sticks for 10 mins. and then it's ready to be served
