3Boiled sweet potatoes
2eggs
1/2 gramflour
A fewleaves of dania
Liquid cooking oil for frying
1 pinchsalt
For the sauce
1tomato
1onion
Dania
Chilli sauce or ketchup

Mix the gram flour with Dania and a little salt and water

Cut the sweet potatoes to small pieces

Mix them together as the in the photo below

Deep fry them in a hot cooking oil

Beat the eggs and fry

Make the sauce by mixing chopped tomatoes, onion, Dania, salt and chilli or ketchup

Serve with juice
