You can customize this dish by using different vegetables like bell peppers, spinach, asparagus, etc.

Pat the tofu dry with paper towels.

Finely chop the onion, carrot, and broccoli.

Mix the tofu, ground beef, chopped onion, carrot, and broccoli, 1 tablespoon of potato starch, and a few drops of soy sauce (optional). Use your hands to blend the ingredients together.

Lightly coat a pan with olive oil. Shape the mixture into small, flat patties that are easy for a baby to hold, and place them in the pan. Fry on low heat. Once one side is slightly golden, flip and fry the other side. Add a little water to the pan, cover, and cook for about 3 minutes to ensure the meat is fully cooked. You can make a larger batch and freeze it for up to a week.
