  1. Left over stew
  2. Palm oil
  3. Spices
  4. Meat and dried fish
  5. Spinach
  6. Ground nut paste

Steps

  1. 1

    I have my left over stew so I decided to make this soup with it.

  2. 2

    I fry my palm oil with enough onions, garlic and ginger.

  3. 3

    Then add in small amount of water,left over stew,meat,dried fish and ur spices then cover it and let it cook for about 10mins

  4. 4

    Add your ground nut paste and let it cook for another 5mins.

  5. 5

    Then add in your spinach and cover it to cook for 2mins. That's all

  6. 6

    U can serve with semo, tuwon rice,tuwon masara or masa

  7. 7

    Note. U can use vegetable oil instead of palm oil. And u can use both spinach and yakuwa.

    If u don't have leftover stew u can use blended tomatoes and pepper.

  9. 9
