Ingredients

  1. 1/2 CupSago White
  2. 2Boiled and Mashed Potatoes
  3. 1 tspGreen Chilli Paste
  4. 1 tspGinger Paste
  5. 1 tbspCoarse Peanut Powder
  6. 1 tbspChopped Coriander
  7. Salt per taste
  8. 1/2 tspRed Chilli Powder
  9. 1/2Lemon's Juice
  10. Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak the Sago White for 4-5 hours and then strain the water off.

  2. 2

    Now add the Sago White to the boiled and Mashed Potatoes.

  3. 3

    Now add to it all the ingredients except the oil for frying and mix these ingredients well.

  4. 4

    Now take some of this mixture and make a lollipop shape of it and then deep fry it in Medium Hot oil till crispy.

  5. 5

    Repeat for all the mixture.

  6. 6

    Now attach the Lollipop sticks to it and serve it alongside any preferred dip.

  7. 7

    Now your tasty Sabudana Lollipop is ready.
