Soak the Sago White for 4-5 hours and then strain the water off.

Now add the Sago White to the boiled and Mashed Potatoes.

Now add to it all the ingredients except the oil for frying and mix these ingredients well.

Now take some of this mixture and make a lollipop shape of it and then deep fry it in Medium Hot oil till crispy.

Repeat for all the mixture.

Now attach the Lollipop sticks to it and serve it alongside any preferred dip.

Now your tasty Sabudana Lollipop is ready.
