  1. 50 gbutter
  2. 1medium onion diced
  3. 450 gMushrooms diced
  4. 4 tablespoonsflour
  5. 1200 mlChicken stock
  6. 1 blockbeef stock

Steps

  1. 1

    In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Cook mushrooms and onion in butter 10 minutes.

  2. 2

    Sprinkle flour over mushrooms. Pour in stock, a little at a time, stirring constantly.

  3. 3

    Stir in stock cube, Bring to the boil, then remove from heat and stir, blend with a mixer then Serve.
