Ingredients

  1. 1 packetSewai
  2. 100 gsugar
  3. -1/4 spooncardmom power
  4. 1 pinchOrange food colour
  5. 100gkhoya
  6. 2 tspoonDeshi ghee
  7. as per needDry fruit

Steps

  1. 1

    First roast sewai in ghee

  2. 2

    Then in a pan add sugar and water

  3. 3

    Add sewai and cook till water reduced

  4. 4

    Now add colour and cardmom powder

  5. 5

    Now add khoya and dryfruits and mix it well

  6. 6

    When sewai and khoya mix well serve it hot
