Ingredients

  • 1 packetSewai
  • 100 gsugar
  • -1/4 spooncardmom power
  • 1 pinchOrange food colour
  • 100gkhoya
  • 2 tspoonDeshi ghee
  • as per needDry fruit

Steps

  1. 1

    First roast sewai in ghee

  2. 2

    Then in a pan add sugar and water

  3. 3

    Add sewai and cook till water reduced

  4. 4

    Now add colour and cardmom powder

  5. 5

    Now add khoya and dryfruits and mix it well

  6. 6

    When sewai and khoya mix well serve it hot
