Spicy oats and rava upma

First of all dry roast oats and suji (rava) separately and keep them aside. Now heat ghee in a non stick pan. Add mustard seeds. Let them splutter. Now add tuar daal., curry patta and stir. Add onion and cook till they turn soft. Add carrot and cook for 1-2 minutes. Put in all the peppers and cook for more 2-3 minutes.

Add salt, pepper and red chilli pwr to it and mix properly.Add into this roasted oats and suji and mix well. Now add water and Cover the pan with a lid and cook on slow flame for 3-4 minutes or till it reaches to desired consistency. Check seasoning and add lemon juice. Mix well and serve hot.
