Mix potato,paneer, salt, mint coriander chutney, cumin powder, black salt.

Take a bread slice and cut corner part, dip it in water and squeeze it with your palms.

Now put potato filling in the centre of bread and roll it as tikki like shape.

Shallow fry tikki.

Now take a plate place tikki and put yogurt over it, imli cutney, mint coriander chutney, red chilli powder, cumin powder, black salt to taste, sprinkle some pomegranate, coriander leaves, sev on it
