This was my first attempt at home-made salsa. I made this about two weeks ago with fresh peppers from the garden. Most of these quantities are after the fact approximations; at the time I was just using whatever I had on hand without measuring most of it.

Ingredients

28 ozcan crushed tomatoes (w/ sea salt and roasted garlic)
3diced hot peppers
1 earsteamed corn off the cob
7diced assorted peppers
2diced tomatoes
1 tbspsriracha
1 tspchilli powder
1 tspground cayanne
1 tspground ginger
1 tspgarlic powder
1 tsppaprika
1 tspparsley
1 tspblack pepper
1/2 tspsalt
3 ozapple cider vinegar

Steps

Combine crushed tomatoes and hot peppers in a blender

Combine all the ingredients in a large pot

Bring to a boil
4

Reduce heat and simmer until slightly thickened, stirring occasionally
5

Remove from heat and fill jars and/or serve
