    Cook the onions until golden brown

  2. 2

    Add grated ginger,grated garlic,pepper and the pilau masala

  3. 3

    Add the minji cook for five minutes

  4. 4

    Add the rice cook for five minutes add the boiled water double potion of the rice

  5. 5

    Ready to serve
